Q1: How do I place an order?
A: Simply browse our website, select the product you wish to purchase, add it to your cart, and proceed to checkout. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete your order securely.
Q2: Can I modify or cancel my order?
A: Orders may only be modified or canceled before they are processed for shipment. If you need to make changes, please contact us immediately at support@elvixa.shop. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.
Q3: How do I know if my order is confirmed?
A: Once your order is successfully placed, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details. If you do not receive confirmation, please check your spam folder or contact us.
Q4: Do you offer bulk or wholesale purchases?
A: At this time, Elvixa primarily serves individual retail customers. For special inquiries regarding larger quantities, please contact our support team.
Q5: Do you offer gift wrapping or personalized notes?
A: Currently, we do not offer gift wrapping or personalization services.
Shipping & Delivery
Q6: Where do you ship?
A: We currently ship within the United States only.
Q7: How long does delivery take?
A: Our total estimated delivery time is 7–10 business days, which includes:
- Handling Time: 2–3 business days
- Transit Time: 5–7 business days
Delivery times may vary slightly depending on location and carrier conditions.
Q8: Do you offer free shipping?
A: Yes. We provide free shipping on all orders within the United States. There is no minimum purchase requirement.
Q9: How can I track my order?
A: Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information. You can use the tracking number to monitor delivery progress directly with the carrier.
Q10: Do you offer expedited shipping?
A: At this time, we only offer standard shipping.
Q11: What happens if my package is delayed?
A: While we strive to meet estimated delivery times, delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather conditions, or high shipping volume. If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us and we will assist you.
Q12: What if my package is lost or arrives damaged?
A: Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery (or expected delivery). We may request photos for verification. Once confirmed, we will arrange a replacement or refund according to our Return and Refund Policy.
Returns & Refunds
Q13: What is your return policy?
A: We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for both defective and non-defective items, provided the item is unused and in original condition with original packaging.
Q14: Who pays for return shipping?
A:
- Elvixa covers return shipping costs if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for change of mind or other non-defective reasons.
Approved returns require customers to download and print the return label when provided.
Q15: How long does it take to receive a refund?
A: Refunds are processed within 7 business days after the returned item is received and inspected. The time it takes for funds to appear in your account may vary depending on your payment provider.
Q16: Can I exchange a product?
A: Yes. Exchanges are accepted for eligible items within the 30-day return window. Please contact us to initiate an exchange request.
Q17: Do you charge restocking fees?
A: No. Elvixa does not charge any restocking fees.
