Our delivery schedule consists of two main phases: handling time and transit time. Handling time refers to the period required to prepare, verify, and dispatch your order, while transit time refers to the period required for the carrier to deliver your order after shipment.
Delivery estimates are calculated in business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. These estimates begin once the order has been successfully processed and shipped from our fulfillment facility.
Delivery timelines may vary slightly depending on customer location, shipping carrier performance, and operational factors. However, we strive to ensure all deliveries are completed within the estimated timeframe provided.
Order Cut-off Time
Our daily order cut-off time is 12:00 AM Pacific Standard Time (PST) (GMT-08:00). Orders placed before the cut-off time will begin processing on the same business day. Orders placed after the cut-off time will begin processing on the following business day.
This cut-off time allows us to efficiently organize, verify, and prepare shipments. Orders placed during weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next available business day.
Customers will receive confirmation once their order has been successfully received and entered into our processing system.
Handling Time
Handling time refers to the time required to prepare your order for shipment after it has been placed. This includes order verification, quality checks, packaging, and carrier handoff.

Transit time begins only after the order has been shipped.

The total estimated delivery time includes both handling time and transit time.
